MISSIONS

“The Whole Gospel, to the Whole World, by the Whole Church”

Here at Lincoln Baptist, we believe that God has commissioned us to spread the good news of the gospel. That is why we have adopted the global mission organisation statement of “The Whole Gospel, to the Whole World, by the Whole Church”.

Tearfund

We’re Christians passionate about ending poverty. We're following Jesus where the need is greatest, working through local churches to unlock people's potential and helping them to discover that the answer to poverty is within themselves. When disasters strike, we respond quickly. We won't stop until poverty stops

New Tribes Mission

Mankind's greatest need is Jesus. Because of Christ’s love, NTM missionaries develop caring relationships with tribal people, and help meet physical needs. Because of His love, missionaries want their friends to have the opportunity to place their faith in Christ, to become His disciples, and to experience the joy of being part of a mature church that takes this opportunity to others.

Challenge Ministries Swaziland UK

LBC members Gary and Sue are part of a group of ambassadors for the charity Challenge Ministries Swaziland UK (CMS UK). Having visited Eswatini and seen the good work being done, they plan to go into organisations and churches to share about the work of the charity, and how that has impacted their personal lives. They have been asked by CMS (UK) to head up teams to go on organised mission impact trips to Eswatini to see the various aspects of the charity’s work, with the objective that the participants will also become passionate to pray and get involved.

Eswatini Mission Trip 2025

Dates for the next mission impact trip to Eswatini which Susan and Gary will lead have been confirmed, they are from the 21st March 2025 for two weeks. Please pray about this, and speak with Gary and Susan if you are interested in taking part in this mission trip.
